2nd day of ICT, super boring cos had to stay back to handle a flight from thailand. Actually flight should be arriving @ 1700hrs, now had to wait till 2035hrs......

Today is my Birdday... Haha... Staying @ home to do house chores, pack my ICT clothes for the coming monday. Later in the evening will be going for romantic dinner with my wife. now no pics to post, later will post after i reach home from the romantic dinner. Lucky this year not fishing rod for birthday, i still thinking should i sell away the rod cos i dun surfcast & it has no touch water B4....

Since yesterday launch of iphone 3GS to public, there is a lot of crowds. Poor things is the waiting time estimate 1 to 3 hrs.... My poor colleagues had to do OT & customers had to wait for the long waiting time. So many people want the iPhone that badly meh....
Lucky i off for 2 days but tomorrow still had to face the music.....( that will be good cos i will be able to hit this month targets as i will be going for ICT on the 19/10)

iPhone will be launching tomorrow to public. Confirm will be a lot of customers walking in to buy the phone. Stock is limited, hope it is enough to fulfill those walk-in customer.
Tomorrow will be heading to KK for check up....

So many countries hit by earthquake, today 6.8.... Singapore 1st in the history to feel such a big tremble.... Dead roll went up to 1000+++, hopefully no tsunami even the pacific tsunami alert centre had send out alert for tsunami. I hope no such thing will happen again as i had went for the rescue mission a few years back. it is really a sad memories, i dun want to experience it again.

Singtel had gotten the BPL matches boardcast. Now had to prepare for the promotions for next year 2010-2011. We gotten the ESPN too..... Now i had to apply for mio tv FFP for my dad to watch BPL, can cancel SVC Sports channel

My work place is no longer the fun working place anymore. Colleagues slowly going to quit & managers is not helping the staffs instead they let the staffs die.....
Sunday when i was doing my information counter duty, a angry customer walk in and wanted to cancel his auto roaming service & want to see the billing officer. My colleague very politely told him cancelation of auto-roam no problem but as for billing had to call in to billing hotline on monday. The customer turn violent, scolded my colleague & torn his bill and throw it into my colleague's face. If it's me, i will take off my uniform & ask him go outside. My colleague approach the duty manager for assistance, DM came out of his lazy net. talk to customer, yes sir yes sir.....
After cust left, he scolded my colleague say, such a simple problem cant solve, how to be a sales man. i was at there office at the point of time, my colleague straight replied him, en what kind of manager r U?
DM say the cust only want to cancel his AR & we rejected cust. I'm freaking angry with DM, i say, U not at the infor counter, cust roti prata, u listen. Listen to 1 side of story(cust side only), never even listen to the staffs story. even the customers standing behind that bastard customer wanted to interfere, i give signal not to. If the manager only listen to customers, we staffs must as well fulfill all the customers' needs. we need them(manager) for F.
Manager only know how to push their duties for staffs to do. I admit that they do have their rights to ask staffs to do others work(2nd appointment duties or ECA)

After the change in comission scheme, i have witness alot of my colleagues having the thought resigning. So far 2 had tender their resignation letter, 1 more is on the way. Those are my new good buddies in my shop. But i should feel happy for them instead of sad cos they can earn more outside rather then our shop. Here i wish them all the best in their next job and pls dont forget me this bro....

北芪 can buy from chinese medical shop, dun need alot. the staff can advice u on the amount to put.
1. Harun not too big cos u need to put inside this double boiler.

2. U can pan fry the fish for a while if not got the fishy smell. some people dun like the smell...
3. after pan fry, put the fish into the double boiler with the herb and add in water.
4. put the double boiler into a pot to boiler it. Boiler with big fire for 15mins to 20 mins en switch to small fire for another 30mins or 45mins.
5. drink it hot if not the the fishy smell come back again.

I try to check out for U if there is still other recipes....

4 days working at Comex, really very tired... given a day off today but still feel very tired. Hai... So many cust at the last 2 day, can really see singaporean really know where & when to get cheap stuffs. I work there also never have time to go up to the fair. You must be wondering why, cos i'm, with Singtel..... haha..... Singtel book level 2 Ballroom 1 for comex...

Every morning when i reach suntec level 2, a long Q of customers waiting to get iPhone 3GS & other offers...

Tomorrow going back to work again.... I miss fishing..... Hope my frends got big fish for their trip recently cos i haven't visit their blogs yet. After this i will go peep at their blogs.. HAhaha

Wife so fast plan to go holiday for 2010... It is about time we need to take a break from this busy world.... Must really make plan for a few holidays in the coming year. April & August... Let her plan cos she is very good at that, me... just relax and enjoy the trips will do, hehehehe...

This week is school holidays, had to make sure the 2 naughty monkey do their homework & spelling. Tonight will be a night where their aunty will scold them once she reaches home.....
I better put on my headset and play my combat arms....... HaHaHa

Im off for 3 days!! Mon - Wed.. then i will be participating in the Comex Roadshow... tiring week ahead :)

Commission is cut and everyone is suffering from the pathetic pay... even the top performers are getting "peanuts" compared to last time.. and a lot of pple are having intentions of leaving.. but wife tell me to hang in there.. Its tough to get a job outside nowadays...

Anyway, i will pull thru till the end la... 5 years with ST, i have build up a lot of experiences and knowledge. Despite the complaints, i need to stay positive of what's ahead. Right now economic is no good, everywhere also cut... i shall wait till economic gets better in 1-2 years' time and see if ST will make adjustments or not...

My niece nephew is shock when they come home from school to see my wife is at home... Both of them scare of her cos she is very fierce... Homework, tution.. why never do & had they learn their spelling... Haha.... It's good that they are afraid of someone so they can buck up on their studies.
Everyday they had to so call report by calling her,
niece *Auntie, i had finish my homework*
my wife * Homework finished en go learn ur spelling*
niece * But i... i....., orh*
my wife *I reach home will test ur spelling & check ur homework*

Everyday when my wife reach home, 1st thing is
my wife * Take out handbook, homework*
the 2 kids * faster run to take out to show her*
my wife * didi, now test spelling, jiaji later will be ur turn*
Marking time....
my wife *how come still duno!!!! now go and learn again, test U again in 10mins*
my wife *Jiaji.... Now ur turn....(after spelling) spend few hours still duno, come to my room now*
